The Sky Room in La Valencia offers the ultimate in elegant dinner dining. From the minute you walk in, you'll savor both the food and the personal attention. The Sky Room features a California Fresh menu, meaning local seafood, fresh meat (Including elk and duck), local, seasonal produce, and a selection of more than 1,000 wines. In addition to the regular dining room, you can also eat at the bar. And in addition to the regular menu, you can enjoy a special 5-course tasting menu, where each item is paired with the appropriate wine. The Sky Room also offers large party menus for special events and a wonderful selection of dessert wines, ports, and cognac. Reservations and dressy attire are both preferred.
