The Marine Room Cooking Class & Dinner
Join Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver from The Marine Room for an interactive cooking class followed by a three-course dinner, including such savory selections as Summer Mushroom Risotto, Lemongrass Ginger Steamed Alaskan Halibut and Pistachio Frozen Nougat.
This popular event will be held on Wednesday, August 10 at 6 p.m. Cost is $85 per person and includes dinner and wine pairings with each course.
