Special Collaboration Dinner with Chef Daniel Heinze
On Monday, September 12, we're excited to welcome Chef Daniel Heinze to our California Modern kitchen for an evening of inventive food, drinks and fun.
Heinze, formerly of McCrady's Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, thrives on creativity, learning new techniques and incorporating locally sourced ingredients into his cuisine. He will join forces with our own executive chef and partner, Trey Foshee, for a special collaboration dinner.
"I'm excited to cook with one of the best chefs in the country," said Foshee. "It will be fun to collaborate and show Daniel all the things that make San Diego special from our seafood to our Chino Farms produce. I'm looking forward to seeing what menu we can build around our incredible products."
