Learn how to cook like the pros as you join Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver for an interactive demonstration followed by a three-course dinner.
The menu features Vanilla Almond Spiced Wild Prawns, Line Caught Local Swordfish and Three Citrus Zest Heaven’s Bread Pudding.
