Maddalena Wine Dinner at BiCE
On July 14th at 6:30 pm, BiCE will welcome Arnaud Debons, Winemaker for San Antonio Winery, for a dinner featuring acclaimed wines and a perfectly paired menu by Chefs Francesca Penoncelli & Mario Cassineri.

The San Antonio Winery is the last remaining winery in Downtown Los Angeles, a hidden gem and historical landmark operating in the same community where it was founded over 99 years ago.
The evening will begin with a toast with Diama, Prosecco, Veneto, Italy. For the first course guests will enjoy Baja California prawn with almond purée, lavender, fennel and orange salad paired with 2014 Maddalena, Pinot Grigio, Monterey, California. The main course will be Pork Tenderloin served over Merlot risotto and dried fruit paired with 2011 San Simeon, Merlot, Paso Robles, California. The third course features tastes from BiCE's award-winning cheese bar paired with 2010 Opaque, Malbec, Paso Robles, California. For an indulgent ending, the dessert course is a white and extra dark chocolate tart and crispy rice paired with a chocolate bar and Chocolate Port.
