About Marco Polo Independent BMW & Mini Service Center
Marco Polo Independent has been taking care of BMWs and BMW-built MINI automobiles for more than 25 years. It is owned by BMW-lover Marco Gentile, who bought his first BMW while attending college at UCSD where he earned an engineering degree. After working as an engineer for several years, he returned to his love of automobiles and started his auto repair business in La Jolla Village. He still drives his first BMW, along with several others. Located on Draper Avenue behind Wahoo's Fish Tacos and Mitch's Surf Shop, Marco Polo Independent BMW & MINI Service Center offers a full range of services, including maintenance, repairs and improvements.
Maintenance services include pre-purchase inspections, lube and oil filter changes, regularly scheduled inspections, fluid flushes and brake inspections. Marco Polo offers repair services for engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical and electronic systems and air conditioning systems. In addition, the shop can make several improvements to your BMW, such as installing accessories, upgrading for performance and offering major custom engine conversions. If you have a newer BMW or MINI, Marco Polo honors most extended warranties. Marco and his staff of highly-skilled mechanics have earned a well-deserved reputation among BMW owners for offering quick, reliable service at affordable prices.
