3 New Year's Eve Cocktail Recipes by Nine-Ten Restaurant

Are you throwing a New Year's Eve bash? We chatted with Jamie Groetsh, a bartender at NINE-TEN Restaurant who showed us 3 fantastic cocktails you can make at home. Each drink has its own beautiful look and taste for every one of your guests. If you are looking for a place to dine, La Jolla is home to the best restaurants and NINE-TEN Restaurant is a must! Ginger, Spice and Everything Nice

Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Spiced Rum
  • ½ ounce Ginger Snap
  • Bitters
  • Lime
  • Ginger Beer
  • Pour over ice: 1 ounce spiced rum, ½ ounce ginger snap. Dash of bitters. Squeeze of lime. Top off with Ginger Beer.

    Berry Merry Cosmo

    Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Stoli Berry Vodka (many berry flavors to choose from; cranberry, blueberry, blackberry)
  • St. Germaine
  • Lemon
  • Cranberry
  • Shake with ice 1 ounce of Berry Vodka with a splash of St. Germaine, splash of lemon juice, and splash of cranberry. Strain and serve up in a martini glass.

    Cove Sir

    Ingredients:
  • Sparkling wine
  • ½ ounce Creme de Cassis
  • ¼ ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Bitters Bitters
  • Add sweet vermouth, cassis and bitters in a champagne flute and fill with sparkling wine. Add a lime garnish to the rim of the glass.
