This intimate restaurant, led by award-winning chef Jason Knibb (a 2011 Iron Chef America Challenger and 2010 Rising Star Chef winner), offers the perfect combination of sophistication and casual elegance and an ideal location along Prospect Street.

$79 per person / $25 children 12 and under.
3:30 PM TO 8:30 PM

In keeping with their ongoing commitment to creating innovative cuisine using only the freshest local ingredients, Chef Jason Knibb will prepare a special, three-course prix-fixe dinner on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28th from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $79 per adult. The Shores

Located right on the beach in the Spanish-style La Jolla Shores Hotel, the Shores Restaurant serves Sunday brunch and breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with menus featuring Southern California’s fresh produce and specialty items from both American coasts.
