The Lodge at Torrey Pines has partnered with the James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour for a luxurious culinary experience on Saturday, May 30. This exceptional event is a showcase of the top-notch produce, wine, and food that San Diego has to offer.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience an elite dinner prepared by Food Network’s celebrity chef Beau MacMillan, of Iron Chef fame, as well as esteemed Lodge Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and James Beard Foundation Award winner Carrie Nahabedian. All menu items, like the Stuffed Baja Chocolate Clams appetizer and the Glazed Copper River Sockeye Salmon entree, will be prepared tableside, paired with wines from three California wineries. This is an exclusive opportunity for guests to interact with renowned chefs as they explain the source of the food, the cooking process, and the pairing of food and wine selections.
