A.R. Valentien at the Lodge at Torrey Pines:
Acclaimed Chef Jeff Jackson will be preparing a seasonal three-course prix-fixe menu for this year’s Thanksgiving celebration at A.R. Valentien with highlights including: Tuna Carpaccio, Horseradish, Crème fraîche, Crispy Capers and Parsley; Cider Glazed Pork Belly with Ira’s Cabbage-Apple Kraut; Roasted Turkey with Traditional “Fixins,” Cornbread Pecan Stuffing, Cranberry Orange Relish and Giblet Gravy; Guerrero Negro Scallops, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Double Smoked Bacon, Sunchoke Puree; Pumpkin Pie with Whopped Cream and Pumpkin Seed Brittle; and Maple Crème Caramel with Pomegranate, Maple Leaf Tuile, just to name a few!

$85 per adult and $40 for children under 12.

Bahia Resort Hotel Thanksgiving Champagne Dinner Buffet
The Bahia Resort Hotel Mission Ballroom will feature a superb buffet in honor of this special day of thanks for a bountiful harvest. Guests are welcomed with iced tea or champagne and invited to partake in a buffet consisting of an expansive salad bar and variety of entrees, side dishes, and desserts. A few of the many delectable menu offerings include: Smoked Salmon with Capers, Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Smoked Duck Salad, Roast Tom Turkey and Sirloin of Beef, Herb-crusted Salmon, Steamed Mussels and Clams, Baked Penne Pasta, Blue Lake Beans Almandine, Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce, and Flambé of Bananas Foster. A special “knee-high” buffet will offer a variety of kids’ favorites.
