located in the heart of the village at Fay and Kline, Zenbu Sushi Bar is known for its fresh and innovative blend of modern Asian and California cuisine.

Zenbu, meaning “all” in Japanese, serves up a variety fine Japanese sushi and entrees. With its own fishing fleet, Zenbu specializes in locally caught, ecologically sustainable seafood. Sushi selections include house rolls, hand rolls, nigiri and sashimi. You will also find a great selection of appetizers such as Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Age-Dashi Tofu, miso soup and entrees such as salads, grilled fish, and grass-fed beef. Favorites are the whole crispy snapper, sake steamed mussels, and the beef cooked over hot volcanic rock at the table.

Zenbu is open daily for dinner and can host special events in their private lounge located steps from the main restaurant. Visit them during happy hour everyday from 5 to 6 p.m and enjoy 50% off specialty cocktails, wine, beer, sake, along with a wide selection of sushi and appetizers. Zenbu is open Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 to 10:30p.m and Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 11p.m.
