What: The 7th annual La Jolla Art & Wine Festival returns to Girard Avenue this weekend! This two-day juried art show and fundraiser has quickly garnered a reputation as one of the most prestigious art & wine festivals in Southern California. Featuring the works of over 150 established artists from all over the world, the LJAWF will also have a silent auction, roving entertainment, a gourmet marketplace, family art center, and a wine and beer garden. Admission is free to the public!

What: CRSSD Festival is a two-day electronic music festival at the 12-acre San Diego Waterfront Park. This year features three stages and 36+ performers, including TV on the Radio, The Flaming Lips, Wild Nothing, Big Data, and more. In addition to the music, the festival will offer craft beer, mixed drinks, and food from a variety of local vendors including Bang Bang, El Camino, Juice Saves, and Rubicon Deli.

Where: Old Town San Diego State Historic Park; San Diego 92110
What: Old Town San Diego officially kicks off the fall season with its annual Fall Festival this weekend. The museums and merchants in the state park will host family-friendly games, activities and entertainment reminiscent of an old-fashioned harvest celebration. Enjoy a master pumpkin-carving demonstration with food artist and chef Guido Michael, pumpkin tosses and races, various arts and crafts, and plenty of food and drink.

What: The 11th annual Ocean Beach Oktoberfest is a two-day, eclectic, beach-side festival with a variety of exciting activities, contests and entertainment with proceeds benefiting local non-profit organizations. The event will kick off on Friday night with live music in the beer garden, and continue Saturday with the 4th annual “Brat Trot” along with free live musical performances, tons of food and, of course, beer!

Where: India & Date Streets, San Diego
What: The Little Italy Festa is now the largest Italian American festival on the West Coast! Hip and Historic Little Italy welcomes over 120,000 attendees this weekend with all the sights, sounds, and aromas of Italian culture. A full variety of Italian cuisine will be complemented by traditional and modern Italian music on three different stages, various arts and crafts, cooking demonstrations, and a kids’ zone.
