What: Come out with the whole family to enjoy Kid’s Day at The Carlsbad Flower Fields- a day full of fun activities for kids, including arts and crafts, balloon animals, face painting, and a special appearance by Ronald McDonald! There will also be a Santa’s Playground, Sweet Pea Maze, and a musical performance by the Star Theater kids and the Star Theater Glee Club. Kids ages 3-10 are $6 and adults are $12.

What: Join other bike lovers and take a ride through San Diego’s most beautiful areas! The event course is approximately 22 miles, and there will be rest stops along the way. Both casual riders and those more experienced are welcome! The 2015 route takes participants through Balboa Park, San Diego Bay, Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach, downtown, Hillcrest, and more. At the end of the ride, participants will be greeted with two pints at the Quartyard; there will be secure bicycle parking, a variety of San Diego craft beers, music, food trucks, and much more in a festival-like atmosphere.
