Caffeine Crawl 2016
When: Friday, Jan 22 – Sunday, Jan 24
Where: Throughout San Diego
What: Caffeine Crawl year three boasts the biggest shop lineup yet, multiple bike route options, snazzy new spaces and more caffeine than you can handle! Stroll the North Coast on Friday afternoon for stops at 4 local coffee shops before hitting the streets of San Diego Saturday morning for multiple routes by car, bike and foot. Five new local businesses join 16 veteran shops for a start-studded lineup of San Diego’s best coffee, tea and chocolate – a great way to spend the weekend for all you caffeine lovers out there.

San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show
When: Friday Jan 22 – Sunday Jan 24, 10am-6pm
Where: Sunroad Resort Marina; 955 Harbor Island Dr., San Diego 92101
What: If you are a boater, don’t miss this once a year event! Check out a series of free boating seminars, boat rides, sailboats and motor yachts at an in-water display, dozens of vendors with the latest nautical products and services, food and drink sponsored by local restaurants, special boating events and boat rides for kids & adults, all on the beautiful San Diego Bay. Adult admission is $12; kids 12 and under are free.
Monster Jam San Diego
When: Saturday Jan 23, 7pm-10pm
Where: Petco Park; 100 Park Blvd., San Diego 92101
What: It’s all about motorsports at their very best whenever Monster Jam gets underway, as this is a sensational event that draws in fans from all over for a series of unbelievable spectacles that usually leaves fans wanting to do it all over again. When you get a chance to see some of the best monster trucks and stunt drivers in the world do their thing in front of a great crowd, the entire experience will completely speak for itself!

Salk Institute’s Science & Music Series
When: Sunday Jan 24, 4pm
Where: Conrad Prebys Auditorium; 9500 Gilman Dr., La Jolla 92037
What: The Salk Institute invites you to attend the third season of the Salk Science & Music Series, which consists of six remarkable Sunday afternoons that bring together virtuosos from the worlds of music and science. Each concert features stunning performances by both established and emerging classical and jazz musicians, as well as riveting talks about the latest scientific discoveries by the Institute’s world-renowned scientists. Admission costs $45, or $250 for the full series.
San Diego Restaurant Week
When: Through Sunday, Jan 24
Where: Participating San Diego restaurants
What: There are just a few days left to participate in San Diego Restaurant Week! It isn’t too late to enjoy great discounts at some of your favorite restaurants: choose from three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for just $20, $30, $40 or $50 per person or two-course prix-fixe lunch menus for only $10, $15 or $20 per person.
