This Saturday, September 5, Meanley & Son Ace Hardware will be hosting a one-day fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, a local organization that raises funds and increases awareness for Children’s Hospitals around the country.

Shoppers will be able to purchase a limited-edition bucket for $5 (which goes to directly to Children’s Miracle Network) and then fill that bucket with any items they choose from the store. Everything that fits in the bucket will be 20% off at checkout.

IMG_1049Meanley’s has been a long supporter of local charities and causes, particularly CMN.
Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network has raised more than $5 billion for 170 children’s hospitals across the US and Canada. Each hospital uses the money where it’s needed the most; donations have supported research and training, purchasing equipment, and paying for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible. Their goal is to increase funds and raise awareness for local children’s hospitals.

Sixty-two children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute – which is one child every second. Support this incredibly important cause and stock up on some Labor Day goodies while you’re at it – the store is having a great four-day holiday sale through Monday, September 7.
