Mary’s English Kitchen is a quaint tea shop and restaurant that opened in La Jolla this past April. Recipes are inspired by Mary Brown, who was born in England in the 1930s. Neighbors and friends would crowd around her kitchen table to have a taste of her wonderful baked goods, which were famous in her small town; now you can enjoy them from the comfort of their adorable cafe!
The Kitchen also offers full-service afternoon tea, breakfast and brunch, and lunch. They are located at 7918 Ivanhoe Avenue. Call (858) 263-4614 to make a reservation for dinner on Friday and get your 30% off. Visit their website to check out the menu as well as a full listing of afternoon tea service.
