The La Jolla Sports Club is not your ordinary gym. It encompasses a vast array of services and classes not found anywhere else in San Diego. The Sports Club offers unique classes such as Gracie Jui-Jitsu, TRX suspension training, meditation classes, and more! The La Jolla Sports Club keeps its members active with over 80 classes to chose from, with new offerings being added every few months. The average class size is between 15 to 30 people, allowing for a more personalized setting. Class highlights include yoga courses for all ages, from advanced yoga to soft yoga. The club also features meditation classes, TRX, Zumba, cardio sculpt, and dance fusion! Additional small group training classes include Bulgarian Bag training which was originally created for Olympic class wrestlers, and from the prominent Brazilian Jui-Jitsu family – Gracie Jui-Jitsu.
The club has 16 veteran instructors, many of which have have grown up in the industry and been with the Sports Club for over 10 years. There are also many instructors that specialize in different techniques such as sports, functional, and stretching.
The sports club features over 19,000 square feet of usable space that features over 45 cardio machines upstairs, and yoga studios, spin classrooms, and weightlifting areas downstairs. The club also has spacious locker rooms for both men and & women that include showers, steam rooms, and grooming amenities. Can’t workout because you need a babysitter? No worries! The Sports Club offers child care on-site so you can enjoy your workout or treatment.

Spa and physical therapy all in one location? What more could you ask for! The La Jolla Sports Club features a spa facility where you can enjoy facials, massages, and peels. Located next door, is Adept Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation where you can have your body restored to full power after all of those hard workouts.
