The Blue Book recently had the privilege of sampling Nine-Ten Restaurant’s summer three-course lunch menu. The three-course lunch runs at $24 and gives you a hearty salad, an entree and a delicious dessert, both sweet and savory.
Nine-Ten, located inside The Colonial Hotel, offers innovative California cuisine using the freshest local produce. The kitchen is led by award-winning Chef Jason Knibb who was recently named San Diego’s 2014 “Chef of the Year” by the California Restaurant Association. The casual yet elegant ambiance is excellent for any meal of the day. Here are a few of our favorites on the summer menu.
First Course: Organic Greens
Second Course: Sandwiches & entrées
Third Course: Dessert or Artisan Cheese
Nine-Ten restaurant is located inside The Grand Colonial Hotel at 910 Prospect St La Jolla, CA 92037. Lunch is served Monday through Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and Suday’s from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Sunday Brunch menu served exclusively during lunch on Sundays).
