The popular La Jolla Halloween event – Pillage The Village – will be held on Friday, October 30th, since Halloween falls on a Saturday this year. During Pillage the Village in La Jolla participating businesses will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters from 3-5pm. Fashion Week San Diego’s Fall Runways have arrived—quite literally! Shows will take place right here in The Village in special locations from Thursday, October 1 to Sunday, October 4. As a thriving commercial fashion community, it’s no surprise La Jolla is the new location of San Diego Fashion Week. Fashion Week San Diego (FWSD) founder and director Allison Andrews expressed excitement not only at 2015’s “amazing designers,” but also at “moving our signature fall event to one of the best and most premier locations in Southern California.”
