Bird Rock Oyster & Sushi Bar
While Bird Rock was sad to see Station Sushi go, Bird Rock is incredibly excited to announce a new eatery taking its place, the Bird Rock Oyster & Sushi Bar, which opens in July 2014. The restaurant is being opened by Gabriel Uribe who also owns Baja Oyster and Sushi in Imperial Beach. What’s unique about Bird Rock Oyster & Sushi Bar is that it will offer Mexican inspired sushi rolls, as well as have Mexican fusion entrees like tacos and salads, while still keeping Japanese elements like different types of sake.
