Don’t worry about cooking this morning! There are a ton of restaurants open on Christmas Day for breakfast, dinner and everything in between. Head over to Nine-Ten Restaurant or The Shores Restaurant for Christmas brunch. Nine-Ten offers breakfast and lunch menu items. The brunch is from 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and reservations are still available after 10 a.m. Call 858-964-5400 for reservations.

Picnic on the Beach
Fill up your baskets, grab your sunglasses and head to the beach for a picnic. La Jolla Cove, Scripps Park, La Jolla Shores and Windansea are all perfect places to spread your blanket and soak up the sun. Make sure you pack some sunscreen, it’s going to be a warm Christmas day.
